I COULDN'T RESIST finding a way to at least get a glimpse of the CRC prayer summit 2015...with so many CRC big wigs ..including the calvin president Michael LeRoy & also Calvin Seminary president (medenblik), ...and the CRC ceo (timmermans), and even the nice missionary man & family who hosted us for a few days in Tacloban Philippines 1992 (Joel & Patty Hogan & their kids . ; and also Alvin Vandergriend...he was the pastor at Alger CRC in the 70's...and his daughter Jody was near my age in school...their son Doug a bit older..and Leslie I think was Julie's age...; and lots of others ...many who are based in Grand Rapids (where I grew up in the 70's !)   ...like the other CRC conference that came to LA last year...this was at another Asian CRC...a different one..outside LA..a rural area..lots of horses and the foothills..Hansen Dam etc. good to see all these people . i BELIEVE in the power of prayer...... SEE
