Vandermeer was also my religion teacher at grch . I always thought sunshine should be named "Sonshine". Thoughts prayers!
" Established in 1923, Sunshine has been at four locations in northeast Grand Rapids. The current facility was built in 1989 under the leadership of Pastor Lew VanderMeer, who left the congregation in 1991.
The congregation, which once had more than 2,000 professing members, currently has 667 members and an average worship attendance of 412, according to a 2015 entry in the Christian Reformed Church's website...."
