NEW FROM CRC's TOM POST: " Beauty and Bombs"

I got to know Tom & his wife Melva in Costa Rica in 1991 when I arrived to do disaster relief after the big earthquake. He started out in the peace corp in Belize, then married a young Belizean gal (Melva), and later became a CRC missionary, and then the CRWRC (world renew) central America director; and he seems to keep moving around the world,  truly a man of the world, but hopefully not a worldly man,  who keeps coming back "home" to grand rapids & belize, as far as I know.

Yet, there is great and mysterious beauty.   And, we say, sometimes with mustard seed-like faith: "God is good."  Yet, the nagging wonder question persists for me: How can the world contain such ugliness and such beauty in the same world?
